three-man scramble
GLADSTONE — The team of Mike Peterson, Dan Viitala and Matt Argall captured the Gladstone Golf Club three-man scramble with a combined score of 117 in the championship flight this past weekend.
Right behind in second place was Bob, Casey and Eric VanDamme with a 118. Third place went to Adam Smith, Bryan Gannon and Korey Smith, while Mark Gauthier Sr., Mark Gauthier Jr. and Dylan Gauthier took fourth.

Irish Oaks scramble
GLADSTONE — Tom Zeni and Syd Wells shot a combined 61 to win the championship flight of the Irish Oaks golf scramble Sunday. They were followed by Pat and Gary DeGrave with a 69 and Dave and Barb Neilson with a 69.

Manson shoots ace
GLADSTONE — Jeremy Manson recorded his first-ever hole-in-one on No. 5 at Gladstone Golf Club during the three-man scramble this past weekend. Manson aced the 170-yard hole with an 8 iron while playing with his father and uncle and his grandfather watching the group.
Gladstone men
GLADSTONE — Steve Bratonia and Scott Neurohr each shot a 68 to lead the Gladstone Senior Men’s 18-hole league Monday. They were followed by Kelly Shea 72, Dan McCarthy 74, Mark Hager 76, Dale Hongisto 78 and Dick Pepin and Rich Trombly 79.
Meanwhile, Brent Kallio shot a 35 to lead the 9-hole league Monday night. He was followed by Korey Smith and Jim Hansen 36, Joe Kallio, Kyle Darmogray and Kirk Millette 38, and Marc Nault 39.
