Delta County virus cases, deaths up

ESCANABA — The Upper Peninsula had 3,813 confirmed cases of COVID-19, 599 probable cases, 62 deaths and 2 probable death linked to the disease, as of Thursday according to state officials.

Cases and deaths have both increased in Delta County. Delta County had a total of 807 confirmed COVID-19 cases, 105 probable cases and 16 deaths; Menominee County had 50 confirmed cases, 76 probable cases and 3 deaths; Schoolcraft County had 49 confirmed cases and 4 probable cases along with 18 Recovered cases.

Elsewhere in the peninsula, Alger County had 52 confirmed cases and 15 probable cases, and 17 Recoverd; Baraga County had 51 confirmed cases, 12 probable cases and 3 deaths; Chippewa County had 58 confirmed cases and 39 probable cases; Dickinson County had 375 confirmed cases, 7 probable case and 5 deaths; Gogebic County had 189 confirmed cases, 35 prob-
