ESCANABA — Kevin Gendron shot a 35 to lead the Escanaba Country Club Men’s 9-hole league Thursday. He was followed by Steve Scott 36, Mark Gauthier Jr., Alex Sullivan, Chris Sauve, Brian Robinette, Matt Smith and Mike Beveridge 37, Dylan Gauthier, Brandon Larche and Randy Eis 38 and Darren Schemell 39.

Scott, Smith and Eis led the 18-hole league, each shooting a 74. They were followed by Jake Berlinski 75, Ian Peltier 77, and Chris Sauve and Dave Harris 79.
