GLADSTONE — Tuesday’s Gladstone Indians and Marquette Blues Under-19 baseball league game has been postponed to Thursday at 6 p.m. due to rain.

ESCANABA –The Highland Golf Club’s Senior 2-Man Scramble on Thursday still has team openings available.

The entry fee is $100 per team that includes green fees, coffe and rolls, lunch and cash prizes for each flight.

All golfers must be 50 or older.

GLADSTONE — Karen McCorkle shot a 39 to lead the Irish Oaks Ladies Golf League Monday in Gladstone. She was followed by Debbie Peterson 40, Mary Bergman 41, Pat DeGrave, Jayne Mackowiak, Holly Canull, Robin Schwartz, Rosie Spindler 44, Sara Carlson 45, Judi LaCosse, Pattie Kivoja 47, Peggy Austin, Cindy McCall, Cheryl Kamin, Krystal Robinette, Kirsten Vandeville 48, Lynn Bisson, Andrea Croasdell, Sally Erkkila, Daina Norden and Amanda Norkoli 49.

Gladstone Seniors

GLADSTONE — Steve Bratonia led the Monday Morning Senior 18-hole league with a 70 at the Gladstone Golf club. He was followed by Mark Hagar, Scott Neurhor, Kelly Shea 73, Dale Hongisto, Wayne Marshall 75 and Dan McCarthy 76.

Monday 9-hole

GLADSTONE — Korey Smith led the Monday Night 9-Hole League at the Gladstone Golf Club by shooting a 37. He was followed by Tom Gereau and Adam Scheenerman with 39.
