Couples Scramble

GLADSTONE — Syd Wells and Tom Zeni won the Irish Oaks Senior Couples Scramble Sunday with a combined score of 63 in the championship flight. Second place went to Dave and Kari Fassbender with a 69, and third place went to Brian and Lynn Burak with a 70. Other flight winners are listed below:

First Flight — Dave and Barb Nielsen, 74

Second Flight — Mike and Judy LaFleur, 77

Third Flight — Pat and Deb Valiquette, 81

Highland men

HYDE — Jeff Lampi led the Highland Men’s League Tuesday with a 1-over par 72. He was followed by Brian Scheeneman 73, Mark Ray 74, Mike Brayak, 75, Dick Puddy, Jim Peltier, Fran Ettenhofer and Mark Kleiman 78, and Mark Johnson 79. The team of Lampi and Scheeneman took first, followed by Puddy and Steve VanEnkevort. There was a tie for third between Johnson and Cal Hyslop, Daryl McKnight and Dan Veeser, and Jim and Andy Peltier.

Terrace Bluff men

GLADSTONE — Ryan Pairolero led the Terrace Bluff Men’s League Wednesday night with a 35. He was followed by Mike Koster 37, Rick LaFleur 38, and Joe Versailles and Daryl McKnight 39.
