FORD RIVER — There will be a routine maintenance hydrant flushing in Ford River Township to improve water quality on Thursday October 28th in the afternoon, 2021

There is the possibility of rusty colored water in your tap due to the annual flushing process. Although aesthetically unpleasant, there are no health hazards with this water. The Ford River Water System would ask you to refrain from laundry if you notice coloration. If you notice coloration, flush from a cold water source such as your outside hose.
