Public invited to Gardens in Bloom Garden Walk
ESCANABA — The public is invited to attend the 2026 Gardens in Bloom Garden Walk, sponsored by Bay de Noc Gardening Association and the Delta County Master Gardener Association. The event will be held Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. Patrons can enjoy six south side Escanaba gardens and lake side gardens on the shelf-guided tour.
Three of the gardens are located on one Ogden Avenue block. Another is a small garden that maximizes every inch of space and incorporates several uncommon plants. In addition, two other south side gardens complement historic houses. The lake side garden, not visible from the highway, frames the home without distracting from the lake view.
Patrons are encouraged to visit Master Gardener projects, including the round beds at the Municipal Dock, the OSF Serenity Garden, the Stephenson Avenue roundabout and the Heritage Garden at the south end of Ludington Park.
Tickets will be available at Gust Asp’s in Escanaba beginning Saturday, July 18. For additional information, call 906-399-3237.
