The Delta County Cancer Alliance is a nonprofit, charitable corporation that was organized in April 1995 to meet the needs of Delta County residents with cancer. The group is independent of any state or national organizations. The Alliance provides many services including financial aid, equipment and other supplies and educational materials. These services are made available through the generosity of many local donors, memorial donations and fundraising efforts. The Alliance focuses on three main fundraisers per year including an annual luminary event, mail campaign and an annual golf outing.

Because the actual office is run solely by volunteers, the group will always welcome new volunteers to ensure proper coverage for the agency. In addition, if you would like to make a donation to the DCCA know that it will be used to help cancer patients right here in Delta County.

The group can be reached at Delta County Cancer Alliance, 3430 Ludington Street, Escanaba, MI 49829 or by calling 906-786-0854.

Office hours are summer 1 to 4 p.m. and winter 1 to 3:30 p.m.
