ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Kyle Richard Hakes, 22, of 6424 N. 5th St., Wells, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; and a count of domestic violence, a 93-day misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $500.

The charges stem from an incident on or about Aug. 8, 2020 in Wells Township. Bond for Hakes was set at $20,000 cash/surety.

Angela Marie Adams, 39, of 6124 State St., Garden, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; and a count of controlled substance — maintaining a drug house, a two-year high court misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charges stem from an incident on or about Aug. 11, 2020 in Garden Township. Bond for Adams was set at $15,000 cash/surety.

Angela Marie Adams, 39, of 6124 State St., Garden, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident on or about May 25, 2020 in Ford River Township. A bond of $10,000 cash/surety was revoked.

The charge stems from an incident on or about Aug. 6, 2020 in Escanaba. A bond of $20,000 cash/surety was revoked.

Jaime Lynn White, 38, of 304 N. 13th St., Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. Bond for White was set at $35,000 cash/surety.
