Francisco Rodriguez Jr., 25, of 560 Lincoln Ave. NW, Grand Rapids, Mich., pleaded guilty to operating – impaired; six months probation; $850 fines and costs.

Christian Allan-Julian Groleau, 24, of 5924 27-5 Road, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; four days jail, credit for two days served, two days suspended; 16 hours community service; six months probation; alcohol highway safety education; $850 fines and costs.

Tracie Ann Soderman, 25, of 204 S. 16th St., Lower Apt., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating with the presence of a controlled substance; 93 days jail, credit for three days served, 90 days suspended; 12 months probation; must attend self-help group; $1,700 fines and costs.

David James Messenger, 28, of 6885 M.5 Lane, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating – impaired; 10 days jail, credit for four days served; 12 months probation; outpatient treatment; $1,450 fines and costs.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Adam Michael Tyson, 38, of 1517 1/2 Michigan Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to domestic violence – aggravated; seven months jail, credit for 32 days served, rest of jail time suspended; 12 months probation; outpatient treatment facility for anger and stress; $1,650 fines and costs.

RETAIL FRAUD

Jessica Jo Sarasin (Beauchamp), 29, of 1620 Willow Creek Road, No. 2, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to retail fraud – third degree; 16 hours community service; $12.88 restitution; $650 fines and costs.

Natashia Celeste Bess, 30, of 8973 Kipling R.5 Lane, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to retail fraud – third degree; 93 days jail, credit for two days served, 91 days suspended; 18 months probation; outpatient treatment; $99 restitution; $1,450 fines and costs.

MALICIOUS DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY

Jordan Ellis Siedlecki, 31, of 308 S. 15th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to malicious destruction of personal property – $200 or more but less than $1,000; 50 days jail, credit for 39 served; 12 months probation; $495.26 restitution; $1,250 fines and costs.
