ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.
Ashley Nicole Hawkins, 33, 216 Norway St., Norway, was bound over on one count conspiracy to commit controlled substance – delivery/manufacture – meth, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and an additional fine of $10,000. The charge stems from an incident that occurred between March 1, 2018 to March 11, 2018 in Delta County. Hawkins posted a $50,000 cash/surety bond.
Daniel Paul Kurth, 48, of 3330 West Maple Ave., Eunice, La., was bound over on two counts of perjury – inciting or procuring, court proceeding, each a five-year felony. The charges stem from an incident that occurred on March 10, 2019 in Wells Township. The bond was set at $20,000 cash/surety.
Kristy Lynn Olson, 25, of 4696 Sandy 16.65 Lane, Escanaba, was bound over on one count jails – prisoner possessing contraband, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $1,000. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on May 13, 2019 in Delta County. The bond was set at $2,500 cash/surety.
Kimberly Sue Wyatt, 48, of 510 1st Ave. S. 1101, Bark River, was bound over on one count jails – prisoner possessing contraband, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $1,000. The charge stems from an incident that occurred on May 13, 2019 in Delta County. The bond was set at $2,500 cash/surety.
