Experience culinary arts at the Bonifas

ESCANABA – If you’ve ever wanted to cook like a chef, now is your chance. On Tuesday, Feb. 6, you can bring out your artistry in the kitchen and learn how to make mouth-watering food. The popular series: ‘Culinary Arts: What’s Cookin?’ will allow students to learn from Chef Andy Crispigna of Crispigna’s Italian Restaurant and Andy’s Diner. Chef Crispigna will help everyone to connect with their inner chef by demonstrating how to make ricotta pancakes with ricotta cream.

The best part? There will be delectable samples!

Viewers will leave with a list of tips, recipes in hand, and smiles on their faces.

The Culinary Arts: What’s Cookin?’ class is part of a series with the Feb. 6 class from 7 to 8 p.m. The fee is $12 per class for members or $15 for non-members. This class fills up quickly, so sign up soon to ensure your spot by calling the Bonifas at (906) 786-3833 or registering online at bonifasarts.org.
