Bark River boys victorious at home invitational

HARRIS — The Bark River-Harris boys pulled out all the stops here Monday, earning top honors in their own invitational track and field meet with 125 points. Rapid River was runner-up at 109 and Newberry edged Norway 78-76 for third place. “We had a good day,” BR-H coach William Soper said. “We had a lot of PRs (personal records) all the way around. We had kids doing things they weren’t used to. MCCAA announces postseason awards

ESCANABA, MI – The Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA) announced the post season award for Softball on Tuesday afternoon. Bay College's Joelle Jordan was named Second Team All-Northern Conference, while Arianna Hernandez, Nina Bower, and Rylee Gerow received Honorable Mention.
