HARRIS TOWNSHIP - A Gladstone resident and substitute teacher was arrested for second degree criminal sexual conduct following an investigation at the Bark River-Harris School, according to the Menominee County Sheriff’s Office. Timothy Charles Brandt, 58, was arraigned in the 95A District Court on Thursday on two counts of second degree criminal sexual conduct. He remains lodged in the Menominee County Jail on a 5,000 cash/surety bond as of Thursday evening.
