Terrace Bluff

two-women scramble

GLADSTONE — Barb Scott and Meghan Casey from Escanaba Country Club combined for a 70 in the championship flight to win the 30th annual two-woman scramble at Terrace Bluff Golf Course recently. They were followed by Lori Shea and Holly Canull from Gladstone Golf Club with a 71, Nancy Mantel and Karen Wiles from ECC with a 71, and Sharon Pinar and Rosie Spindler from GGC with a 72.

Other flight winners are listed below:

First Flight — Sue Clifton and Pat Degrave, 76 (Irish Oaks)

Second Flight — Betty Fleury and Nancy Vanstee, 81 (Terrace Bluff)

Third Flight — Margie Movalson and Judy Jensen, 83 (Terrace Bluff)

Fourth Flight — Ann LaBumbard and Sharon Wallace, 86 (Terrace Bluff)

Fifth Flight — Donna Hubert and Mary Tuskan, 88 (Terrace Bluff)

ECC men

ESCANABA — Steve Scott shot a 33 to lead the Escanaba Country Club Men’s 9-hole League Tuesday night. He was followed by Mark Gauthier, Jr. 34, Alex Sullivan and Jeff Rae 35, Brian Robinette 36, Randy Eis, Dom Benetti, Jeff McCall and Mike Beveridge 37, Jake Wiles 38, and Jake Berlinski 39.

Scott also led the 18-hole League with a 71. He was followed by Robinette and Benetti 73, Eis 75, McCall and Rae 76, and Dave Harris and Berlinski 78.

Highland men

HYDE — Jeff Lampi, Mark Ray and Brian Scheeneman each shot a 72 to lead the Highland Men’s League Tuesday night. They were followed by Mike Brayak 75, Andy Peltier, Mark Kleiman and Steve VanEnkevort 76, Jim Peltier 77, Casey Hyslop, Dennis Dittrich and Mark Johnson 78, and Dave Hosking and Jim Kroll 79.

There was a two-way tie for first between the team of Terry Bittner and Robin Halfaday and the team of Andy and Jim Peltier. Third place went to Casey Hyslop and Cal Hyslop Jr.

Terrace Bluff men

GLADSTONE — Terry Hoffmeyer shot a 36 to lead the Terrace Bluff Men’s League Wednesday night. He was followed by Dave Fassbender 37 and Nolan Strom and Tyler Depuydt 39.
