MUNISING — “Bombs away!” was problem the slogan chanted in the Alger County gym on the shores of Lake Superior on Friday night as Munising sent in a dozen 3-pointers en route to a 67-31 victory over North Central in a Skyline Central Conference boys basketball game played Friday night.

Freshman Kane Nebel led the way, scoring 24 points that included sinking five of the long-range shots. Senior teammate Austin Killips added three treys in his 17 points, while junior Sam Brown also had three triples as he scored 15.

Freshman Luke Gorzinski led the Jets with 11 points, while freshman teammate Brien Gornmark added 10.

The Mustangs are back in action Tuesday with a home game against Bark River-Harris.
