Sault Tribe Board meeting set for today

SAULT STE. MARIE, Mich. — The Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians Board of Directors will hold a special meeting beginning 3 p.m. on June 27 at the Sault Kewadin Casino, in person or via Zoom, https://zoom.us/j/96906911516. Those who have already registered for Zoom meetings need not register again unless they have a matter for the board.

Resolutions on the agenda are: Permanent Endowment of Golf Scholarship, Native Am Elder Needs Assessment Survey, Cultural Rematriating Anishnaabe Art, COPS TRGP 2018, Stonegarden Grant/Establish Budget, ACFS- USDA Budget Mod, Tamarack II, Manistique Pharmacy, St. Ignace Dental/Third Party, and COVID-19 Lost Reimbursement. Under New Business, the board will discuss vacant chairperson seat.
