Escanaba library plans StoryWalk event
ESCANABA — The Escanaba Public Library will be sharing a new book in its StoryWalk on Saturday, May 21 at 1 p.m. The book “G is for Goat” by acclaimed children’s author Patricia Polacco will be featured.
Children and families are encouraged to come to the library to follow the StoryWalk trail and read the book. The trail is on the north lawn and garden of the library. A special visit from a baby goat will also be part of the festivities. Inside the library, there will be an opportunity to create a goat puppet.
This event is free to the public. The StoryWalk is made possible by the Friends of the Escanaba Public Library, and the Great Start Parent Coalition.
