Watch for bikes during Century Ride
ESCANABA — On Sunday, September 20, the Delta County Century Ride will be held with nearly 300 bicycle riders traveling Delta County roads throughout the day. The route will begin near the Gladstone Sports Park on M-35 at 8 a.m.
Riders will be in the vicinity of the West Gladstone Bridge and the Days River area, near the Gladstone High School and Flat Rock.
The route includes various county roads between Flat Rock and Schaffer and ends at the Sports Park in the early afternoon.
Motorists are asked to slow down and give bicyclists enough room to ride.
