The 75th annual meeting of the Delta Conservation District will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 26 from 3 to 7 p.m. at Saunders Point Brewing, located at 1000 Delta Ave. in Gladstone. The event will include an election, information updating the Delta Conservation District’s year, vendors, food trucks, live music and more.

Board of Director elections will be held during this meeting from 3 to 6 p.m. Directors Joe Kaplan and Kathy Mason are running opposed for two open board seats, at four-year terms. Running in opposition for the two open seats are Nate Brockman and Parker Grzybowski. Absentee ballots for the election are currently available at the Delta Conservation District Office at 2003 Minneapolis Ave. in Gladstone.
