Cheryl Andzejewski, executive director, \Charlie Becker and Will Carnes, Sr., board members of the Community Foundation for Delta County announced the community foundation’s collaboration with local organizations to help supply needy Delta County veterans with Fourth of July food baskets. The Community Foundation have started a Delta County Veterans Fund, held at the community foundation. They are asking people and organizations for a monetary donation to help in our efforts to ease the stress of needy Delta County veterans and their families The community foundation would like to continue to offer needy Veterans Food Baskets during Easter, Fourth of July and Thanksgiving/Christmas holidays.
