Library offers virtual Santa Storytime

ESCANABA — The Friends of the Escanaba Public Library present a Virtual Santa Storytime, with seasonal stories and fun, plus a special gift for each participating child. To access the virtual program, visit the library’s web page at www.escanabalibrary.org anytime on or after December 15th and click on the Facebook icon, or follow the posted link for the video recording. It is not necessary to have a Facebook account to view the storytime.

Santa will be a special guest at storytime and will invite families to pick up a gift for each child at the library’s drive-up window Dec 18h, 21t, 22d and Z3 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

“Santa storytime is a long-standing tradition here and a partnership between the Friends of the Library and the Canterbury Book Store, ” said library director, Carolyn Stacey. “We felt it was important to keep it going, this year especially. ”
