Wrong name released in drug arrest
In the article “Three arrested in Manistique drug bust,” which ran on page 5A of the Saturday, Dec. 21 issue of the Daily Press, it was stated that Dana Le Henry was one of three people arrested and arraigned on meth-related charges. This was based on inaccurate information included in a press release from Manistique Public Safety.
The department issued a correction Saturday, reading as follows:
“In a press release dated Friday, December 20, 2019, one of the names of the three subjects arrested in the investigation of use and trafficking of methamphetamine, was incorrect. The original press release stated Dana Le Henry, age 29, of Manistique, the correct name is Dana Le Fagan, age 29, of Manistique. Please announce this correction immediately. The Manistique Public Safety Department sincerely apologizes to the Henry family and specifically Mrs. DanaLee Henry and Ms. DanaLee Henry for this mistake.”
