Lemmer Elementary received a donation of $850 from the Wells Lions Club Dec. 17, to support their therapy dog Physics. School Social Worker Jenny Reynolds is Physics handler and together they achieved the Canine Good Citizen Certificate for Physic from the American Kennel Club. Lemmer Principal Matt Reeves approved of a therapy dog at the school to help students’ oral reading fluency and social-emotional learning. The Wells Lions Club have made two donations to help with expenses of Physics.
