ESCANABA — BAY-CON, a vintage toy, video game, vinyl record, and pop culture show and event, will be held Saturday, May 21 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in room 952 of the Joseph Heirman University Center on the Escanaba Bay College campus.

This inaugural event features a large vendor space and several smaller events such as a vintage video gaming room, cosplay photo booth, educational sessions on how to clean and store your vinyl records, and more. Sponsored by Bay College’s Campus Activities Board student organization, BAY-CON is a fundraiser for the college’s student organizations. The event is free, although a donation of $2 for those 10 and over is recommended. Vendor goods, food, and t-shirts will be available for purchase.

Vendors include graphic novel artists/authors, vintage and collectible toy dealers, pop-culture baked goods, fantasy and classic books and graphic novels, comics, sports and non-sports cards, table top and role-playing games, vintage and modern video games, fantasy and pop-culture artists, and more.
