Escanaba Indian Ed meeting set for March 9
ESCANABA — The Escanaba Schools Title VI Indian Ed Parent Committee meeting will be held Tuesday, March 9 at 5:15 p.m. in the courtyard room of the Upper Elementary building, located at 1500 Ludington.

Caregiver support group goes virtual Tuesday
ESCANABA — UPCAP has announced a new virtual support group for caregivers. The support group provides a safe place where you can share feelings, get social support, learn from others, discuss caregiving skills, learn about local resources, and talk confidentially with other care givers.
The Caregiver Support Group will meet virtually from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. EST on the second Tuesday of each month starting March 9. A computer, tablet or smartphone with an internet connection and an email address is needed to participate.

OSF cancer support group to meet online
ESCANABA — OSF HealthCare St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group will host its monthly cancer support group on Tuesday, March 9. Members will meet virtually via the online meeting platform Skype from 6 to 7:30 p.m.
The support group is available to all cancer patients and survivors, regardless of where they have received or are receiving treatment. Advance registration is required in order for a Skype invitation to be provided, to register please call 906-233-4140 or online at www.osfstfrancis.org/events.
DAR members to gather
ISHPEMING — The Onagomingkway Chapter, National Society Daughters of the American Revolution, will hold its monthly meeting on Saturday, March 13 from noon until 3 p.m. EDT either online using Zoom or at the Jasper Ridge Brewery in Ishpeming. If the meeting is held in-person, it will be a la carte.
