WELLS — The winner of the Wells Lions Club 52-week raffle for the week of Feb. 1 is Linda Morin of Escanaba, who won $100. This was week 27 of the raffle.

Bells ring for COVID-19 dead of Delta County

ESCANABA — Bethany Lutheran Church, of Escanaba, rings chimes for those who have passed away in Delta County due to COVID-19 at noon each weekday. According to the church, the bells are a way to honor those lost to the pandemic and remember the families affected by the deaths.
