Wells Lions Club raffle winner named

WELLS — The winner of the Wells Lions Club 52-week raffle for the week of Jan. 4 is Michael Rymkos of Escanaba, who won $100. This was week 23 of the raffle.

Volunteer training for homeless shelter

ESCANABA — Hope at the Inn, Delta County’s mobile homeless shelter, will have a training for new volunteers on Tuesday, Jan. 19, at 5:30 p.m. at The Salvation Army. Anyone already trained is encouraged to sign up for a shift or two on www.hopeattheinn.org or by calling Lisa at 420-1311.
