Wells Lions raffle ­winners named

WELLS — The winner of the Wells Lions Club 52-week raffle for the week of Dec. 28, 2020 is Jon Kuchenberg of Wells, who won $100. This was week 22 of the raffle.

Cancer support group goes virtual in 2021

ESCANABA — OSF HealthCare St. Francis Hospital & Medical Group will host its first monthly cancer support group of 2021 on Tuesday, Jan. 12. Members will meet virtually via the online meeting platform Skype from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The support group is available to all cancer patients and survivors, regardless of where they have received or are receiving treatment.

Hope at the Inn training

ESCANABA — Hope at the Inn, Delta County’s mobile homeless shelter, will have a training for new volunteers on Tuesday, Jan. 19, at 5:30 p.m. at The Salvation Army. Anyone already trained is encouraged to sign up for a shift or two on www.hopeattheinn.org or by calling Lisa at 420-1311.

Women’s AA meetings

ESCANABA — The Women’s Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) meeting held previously at St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church in Escanaba is now being held in the First United Methodist Church, located at 302 S. 6th St., Escanaba. Women’s AA open meetings will be Wednesday at 11 a.m. Use the back entrance.
