EDITOR: Before the midterm elections there were some letters that Trump was a threat to democracy, not his policies but his election denial that he thought was stolen from him. We now find out that his campaign was spied on from the start and fisa warrants obtained illegally but if i were to list everything the Feds tried to stop his presidency I would run out of room for this venue. EDITOR: Over the past years there has been noticeable attempts to socially alter (through political means) the definition or meaning of terms associated with gender and sex. EDITOR: Recently I tested positive for COVID-19. I am 44 years old, and in overall good health. COVID hit me like a freight train. It was terrible. One day, a runny nose, but the next day, total exhaustion, with cold and flu-like symptoms, along with a persistent cough. EDITOR: As a seated county commissioner, I wanted to reach out to the voters of Escanaba and make them aware of a situation that could have a substantial impact on the quality of life right here in the city. EDITOR: With the passage of an amendment to the Michigan constitution known as “Proposal 3”, many people were quite disturbed by its implications. EDITOR: On October 14, 2021, officers from Escanaba Department of Public Safety received a report of some fraudulent checks that were cashed by a Gladstone man at a local credit union. When confronted by law enforcement, the individual admitted he knew the checks he was depositing and cashing were not real. This individual already is a three-time convicted felon at the time of his arrest.
