EDITOR: I would like to respond to a letter submitted to the press by Ms. Ann Fix. As I understand. attempts to weaponize the secretary of state office against current and running Delta County Commissioner David Moyle. First, the claims that Commissioner Moyle’s yard signs did not contain the disclosure required by law. Commissioner Moyle took the issue very seriously, and investigated not only the reported addresses, but the vast majority of the signs in circulation.
