Hunter Eichhorn

BROWNWOOD, Texas – Hunter Eichhorn, a 2018 Carney-Nadeau High School graduate and four-time Upper Peninsula Class D golf champion, turned in three super rounds here recently to finish in third place in the Bayou Tournament.

Eichhorn, who won $7,000 in the men’s all-pro tournament, had rounds of 65-65-63.

A three-time Big East Conference selection while playing golf at Marquette University, he won the 2018 U.P. Golf Association men’s championship with a record low 267 at Iron Mountain Pine Grove Country Club. It is the only time he has played in that event.

He also won the Wisconsin State Amateur title in 2019 at Lawsonia Links in Green Lake.
