GLADSTONE — Steve Bratonia fired a 70 in the Gladstone Golf Club Men’s League 18-hole division Monday.

He was followed by Kelly Shea 71, Scott Neurohr 74, Wayne Marshall 75, Bill Swartz, Dick Pepin and Mark Hager 76, Bob Nachtway 77 and Dale Hongisto and Don Chouinard 78.

Adam Scheeneman and John Breitzman were the nine-hole leaders at 36, followed by Harry Gillis 38 and Korey Smith 39.

Golf scramble

GLADSTONE — Curt Servant, P.J. Grandchamp and Marquette University junior Hunter Eichhorn earned top honors in the Gladstone Golf Club three-man scramble with 116 strokes here Sunday.

Their effort was enough to edge Ross LaBarbera, Andy Cegeuske and Curt Kelley on a tie-breaker.

Lucas LaBarbera, Garrett Waloway and Bryce Jacobson hit 119, edging Mike Peterson, Matt Argall and Dan Viitala on a tie-breaker for third.

HYDE — Shane Wallin shot 41 to lead the way in the Highland Golf Club Junior tournament here Monday, a comfortable 15 strokes ahead of the field in the boys’ age 15-16 division.

Cierra Scott hit 51 to claim top honors in girls’ 16-17, followed by Abby Hill at 58.
