ESCANBA — Tickets are on sale for Bay College’s postseason basketball games to be held on Feb. 26. They can be purchased at the Bay College Ticket Office or by calling (906-217-4062).

The women will welcome Gogebic Community College at 6 p.m. for the right to host the Region 13 championship game. The men will play at 8 p.m. and await the winner of the Gogebic Community College at Dakota County Technical College game that will be played Saturday. The winner of the men’s game will go on the road to face the western sub-region champion.

Hoops tournament

NEGAUNEE — The 52nd Annual Negaunee Invitational Basketball Tournament will be held at Lakeview Memorial Gymnasium in Negaunee.

Class D and the Women’s Division will be held March 13-15 and Classes B & C will be held March 20-22. Class B and the Women’s Division will be double-elimination and Classes C & D will be single-elimination.

Entry fee is $125 for Classes C & D and $150 for the Women’s Division and Class B. Each team entered will get a $25 certificate for a local bar or restaurant.

Entry deadline is March 2. Roster information can be found on the Negaunee Invitational Basketball Tournament Facebook page.
