A new idea for the Supreme Court
EDITOR:
United States Supreme Court food for though, instead of being appointed for life why not try the following,
You have nine seats on the Supreme Court.
Example – Judge X is put in the number nine seat on the Supreme Court — next year Judge X falls to number eight seat on the supreme court and so on until Judge X is sitting in seat number one on the Supreme Court – and the next year Judge X is gone.
Every nine years, you have a complete rollover of judges on the Supreme Court. In doing so you have some control over the political stacking of the Supreme Court for life with a judge that has a problem separating their mine set from the job of what they were put in the Supreme Court to do.
