Defendants sentenced to prison terms

ESCANABA — Three people were sentenced to prison terms recently in unrelated cases in Delta County Circuit Court. They include:

Christopher Uriah Davis-Thorbahn, of W2941 US 2 & 41, Spalding pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of methamphetamine/ecstasy and police officer – fleeing – fourth degree. He was sentenced to 15 months to 10 years in prison on the drug charge and 15 months to two years in prison on the fleeing an officer charge. The sentences will be served concurrently. He will also receive credit for 59 days served in jail. He was also assessed fines, costs and fees of $258.

Benjamin Thomas Adams, of 2006 15th Ave. N., Apt. 3, Escanaba pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated – 3rd offense. He was sentenced to 16 months to five years in prison. He was also assessed fines, costs and fees of $198.

Kymberly Marie Jensen, of 618 Minnesota Ave., Gladstone pleaded no contest to operating while intoxicated – occupant less than 16 – second or subsequent offense. She was sentenced to one year and two months to five years in prison. She will receive credit for three days served in jail.

She was also assessed fines and costs of $198.
