Employees at Elmer’s County Market in Escanaba congratulate their fellow workers who are graduating this weekend. The graduates were honored as they made a procession in the store Thursday morning. The graduates were also treated to cake and an employee lunch. Elmer’s began this graduation tradition during the pandemic when many traditional graduation ceremonies were canceled at area schools. The store decided to keep the annual event going after the pandemic ended.
