Residents urged to take rec survey

The Escanaba Recreation Department is in the process of updating the city’s Five-Year Recreation Plan. The plan is used as a guideline for recreational opportunities and grant funding. Residents are being asked to take a survey that will be used to help develop the recreation plan. The survey will be available on the city’s website for a month. The city of Escanaba os working with CUPPAD to facilitate updating of the plan. Several workshops will be hosted to seek citizen input, along with public hearings.Yje city is encouraging everyone to take the survey.
