Upper Peninsula virus cases reported at 117
ESCANABA – The Upper Peninsula had 117 confirmed cases of COVID-19 and 16 deaths caused by the virus, according to state officials.
Delta County had a total of 17 confirmed COVID-19 cases and two deaths, Schoolcraft County had four confirmed cases and Menominee County had eight confirmed cases.
Elsewhere in the peninsula, Baraga County had one confirmed case, Chippewa County had two cases, Dickinson County had five cases and two deaths, Gogebic County had five cases and one death, Houghton County had seven cases, Iron County had one case, Luce County had three cases, Mackinac County had eight cases and Marquette County had 56 cases and 11 deaths.
