Will Carne, board member of the Community Foundation, presents a check in the amount of $1,002.08 to Kelly Pepin, president of the Friends of the Escanaba Library from the Robert & Anne Schmit Fund held by the Community Foundation for Delta County. “Both Robert and Anne Schmit were avid readers and frequently visited the library. They had a great interest in many subjects and made reading and learning a lifelong quest,” said Carne.
