Grant applications can be obtained at the community foundation office at 2420 1st Avenue South Escanaba, Michigan 49829, by calling the foundation’s office at 1-906-786-6654, e-mailing a request for a YAC grant application to office@cfup.org or from the foundation’s website at www.cffdc.org.
