Applications are only over the phone between the hours of 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 3:30 p.m. on the days listed above. No applications will be accepted after October 29h. Christmas gifts can either be brought to Walmart or The Salvation Army Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
