ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Evan Jay Krueger, 21, of 6360 M.15 Danforth Blvd., Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on a count of home invasion — first degree, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $5,000; and a count of assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault), a four-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000. The charges stem from an incident on or about June 29, 2020 in Escanaba. Bond for Krueger was set at $75,000 cash/surety.

John Stephen Lattergrass, 28, of 1015 Ludington St., Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; and a count of controlled substance — possession/analogues, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charges stem from an incident on or about Aug. 8, 2020 in Escanaba. Bond for Lattergrass was set at $30,000 cash/surety.
