Maria Michelle Lemire, 42, of 1721 3rd Ave. N., Apt. #2, Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — delivery/manufacture — meth, a 20-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident on or about Jan. 29, 2020 in Escanaba. Bond for Lemire was set at $30,000 cash/surety.

Michael Anthony Taggart Jr., 23, of 2600 S. Hill Road 31, Gladstone, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident on or about May 6, 2020 in Gladstone. Bond for Taggart was set at $20,000 cash/surety.

Michael Anthony Taggart Jr., 23, of 581 N. 16th St., Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — possession of meth/ecstasy, a 10-year felony with a maximum fine of $15,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; and a count of controlled substance — possession of analogues, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charges stem from an incident on or about Aug. 28, 2020 in Escanaba. Bond for Taggart was set at $30,000 cash/surety.

Michael Anthony Taggart Jr., 23, of 2600 S. Hill Road 31, Gladstone, was bound over to circuit court on a count of controlled substance — possession (cocaine, heroin or another narcotic) — less than 25 grams, a four-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison. The charge stems from an incident on or about April 18, 2020 in Gladstone. Bond for Taggart was set at $20,000 cash/surety.
