MARQUETTE — Are you interested in the Extension Master Gardener course? Now is your chance to attend an online course open to any Upper Peninsula resident ages 18 and over. Classes will be held on Thursdays from 5:30 to 10 p.m. EST starting Sept. 3 and running through Dec. 10.

Online registration is open until Aug. 27.

– You must first complete the Volunteer Selection Process where you provide at least three character references (unrelated to you), complete a criminal history check, and read/complete a volunteer agreement/code of conduct. – You will then be directed to the registration page where you will register and pay. There are also partial scholarships available. You will need to register first and then, apply for a partial scholarship.
