ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court on unrelated charges.
Tyler Jocef Segerstrom, 33, of 426 Riverdale St., Manistique, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated — third offense. He was sentenced to 12 months jail and given credit for 86 days served. Segerstrom was placed on probation for 12 months. His driver’s license was revoked, and he was ordered to pay $908 in fines and costs.
Joshua Michael Gaffney, 34, of 223 Ludington St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to two counts of police officer — assaulting /resisting/ obstructing and a count of malicious destruction of personal property — $200 or more but less than $1,000, and pleaded no contest to a count of malicious destruction of personal property — less than $200. He was sentenced to 11 months jail on the first two counts and 158 days jail on the latter two and was given credit for 158 days served, with the balance of jail time held in abeyance pending successful completion of probation. Gaffney was placed on probation for 16 months. He was ordered to pay $1,112 in fines and costs.
Joan Ellen McCoy, 72, of 321 1st Ave. S., Apt. 1, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to controlled substance — possession/analogues. She was sentenced to 10 days jail and given credit for 10 days served. McCoy was placed on probation for 12 months. Her driver’s license was suspended for 30 days and restricted for 150 days, and she was ordered to pay $908 in fines and costs.
