ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently bound over from Delta County District Court to circuit court in unrelated cases.

Michael Kelly Mineau, 35, of 602 S. 8th St., Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on a count of weapons — carrying concealed, a five-year felony with a maximum fine of $25,000 and mandatory forfeiture of weapon or device. The charge stems from an incident on or about May 8, 2020 in Wells Township. Mineau was released on personal recognizance.

Ashley Ann Nault, 20, of 3211 18th Rd., Escanaba, was bound over to circuit court on the following three counts: operating while intoxicated with second offense notice, a misdemeanor punishable by five days to one year in jail and a maximum fine of one year in jail, at least 48 hours to be served consecutively, 30-90 days community service, or both, rehabilitation programs; costs of prosecution, reimburse government for emergency response and expenses for prosecuting defendant, and mandatory vehicle immobilization of not less than 90 or more than 180 days; controlled substance — possession/analogues, a two-year felony with a maximum fine of $2,000 and license sanctions unless sentenced to more than one year in prison; and operating — license suspended/revoked/denied, a misdemeanor punishable by 93 days in jail and/or a fine of $500 and vehicle immobilization. The charges stem from an incident on or about May 19, 2020 in Escanaba. Nault posted a bond set at 10 percent of $15,000.

Edwin Keith Flath, 53, of 6409 8th St., Wells, was bound over to circuit court on a count of operating while intoxicated with third offense notice, a felony punishable by either one to five years in prison or probation with 30 days to one year in jail (at least 48 hours to be served consecutively) and 60-180 days community service, a maximum fine of $5,000, costs of prosecution, reimburse government for emergency response and expense for prosecuting defendant, mandatory vehicle immobilization of not less than one year or more than three years. The charge stems from an incident on or about June 4, 2020 in Wells Township. Flath was released on personal recognizance.
