GLADSTONE — Construction zones for street work in Gladstone will change location today.

Oberstar Construction, the contractor for the 9th Street Project, will be moving construction to South 9th Street between Minneapolis Avenue and Minnesota Avenue. South 9th Street will be closed to through traffic and South 10th Street should be used as the detour.
