ESCANABA — The following individuals were recently sentenced in Delta County Circuit Court in unrelated cases.

Tracey Jane Rocconi, 52, of 5383 County 513 T Road, Rapid River, pleaded guilty to a count of operating while intoxicated – third offense. She was sentenced to six months jail and was credited for two days served; additionally, she was placed on probation for 24 months and required to perform 60 days of community service. Rocconi was ordered to pay $2,128 in fines and costs, and her driver license was revoked.

Kelley Liane Hansen, 28, of 1300 2nd Ave. N., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to a count of controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy. She was sentenced to a minimum of 29 months and a maximum of 10 years in prison, and was given credit for 223 days served. Hansen was ordered to pay $198 in fines and costs.

Daniel Paul Kurth, 49, of 8335 W. Burnwood, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to a count of controlled substance — delivery/manufacture – meth and a count of controlled substance – possession of meth/ecstasy. He was sentenced to a minimum of eight years and a maximum of 20 years in prison on the first count and a minimum of one year and a maximum of 10 years on the second count, and was given credit for 431 days served. Kurth was ordered to pay $326 in fines and costs.

Timothy Lee Anderson, 63, of 8627 Westwood 0.6 Drive, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to a count of assault with a dangerous weapon (felonious assault). He was sentenced to three months jail and given credit for 110 days served. Anderson was placed on probation for 12 months and ordered to pay $768 in fines and costs.
