Eric Moran, 41, of 3101 14th Ave. S., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to one count of assault — aggravated and one count of breaking and entering — illegal entry (without owner’s permission); 16 days jail, credit for four days served; six months probation; shall complete alternatives to anger treatment; $1,625 fines and costs.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE

Rodney Dean Ellison, 51, of 802 Delta Ave., Apt. 1, Gladstone, pleaded guilty to domestic violence; 41 days jail, credit for 41 days served; 12 months probation; $1,550 fines and costs.

Brandon Wayne Luedtke, 23, of 9843 River J.5 Lane, Cornell, pleaded guilty to domestic violence; eight days jail, credit for two days served, six days suspended; 12 months probation; 32 hours community service; shall complete alternatives to anger treatment and substance abuse counseling; $1,550 fines and costs.

RETAIL FRAUD

Paul Scott Ross, 60, of 520 S. 13th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to retail fraud — second degree; eight months jail, credit for 39 days served.

Ricki Mae Houle, 19, of W717 Roberts St., Stephenson, pleaded guilty to retail fraud — third degree; five days jail, credit for one day served; six months probation; $450 fines and costs.

IMPAIRED DRIVING

Ricki Mae Houle, 19, of W717 Roberts St., Stephenson, pleaded guilty to one count operating while intoxicated and one count operating — license suspended/revoked/denied — second or subsequent offense notice; 12 days jail, credit for one day served, 11 days suspended; 12 months probation; shall complete two self-help groups a week and counseling; $1,625 fines and costs.

Heather Lynn Khollman, 35, of 526 S. 17th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; 10 days jail, 10 days suspended; 45 days on alcohol tether.

LICENSE VIOLATIONS

Vicki Lynn Tulgetske, 49, of 221 S. 13th St. #2, Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating — license suspended, revoked, denied; six days jail, credit for six days served; 12 months probation; shall complete mental health counseling and three self-help groups a week; $850 fines and costs.

VEHICLE OPERATION WITHOUT SECURITY

Sandra Lynn Gray, 51, of 308 N. 11th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to motor vehicle — operation without security; 16 hours community service; $450 fines and costs.
