David Paul Mantela, 39, of 399 Co. Rd. 480, Marquette, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated; 93 days jail, credit for 25 days served, 68 days suspended; 18 months probation; $1,450 fines and costs.

Michael Neil Soderman, 41, of 9319 24th Rd., Rapid River, pleaded guilty to operating – allowing intoxicated person to operate motor vehicle; eight days jail, credit for two days served, six days suspended; 80 hours community service; six months probation; $1,050 fines and costs.

OPERATING IN PRESENCE OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Cierra Marie Beaudre, 30, of 2048 II Rd., Garden, pleaded guilty to operating – with the presence of a controlled substance; 13 days jail, credit for one day served; 12 months probation; $1,375 fines and costs.

OPERATING WITHOUT ENDORSEMENT

Michael David Cole, 28, of 517 S. 13th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to motorcycles/mopeds operating without endorsement; $225 fines and costs.

ATTEMPTED RESIST AND OBSTRUCT

Brandon Robert Erickson, 19, of 616 Michigan Ave., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to attempted resist and obstruct; 10 days jail, credit for one day served; nine days suspended; 60 hours community service; 12 months probation; $1,050 fines and costs.

FIREARM POSSESSION/

INFLUENCE

Michael Ryan Townsend, 30, of 1960 10th Rd., Bark River, pleaded guilty to one count of weapons – firearm possession/influence and one count of attempted interfere with electronic communications; 15 days jail and credit for 15 days served for the first count; six months jail, credit 22 days served, 158 days suspended for the second count; 80 hours community service; firearm forfeited; 12 months probation; $1,200 fines and costs.

IMPAIRED DRIVING

Mathew Joseph Bishop, 35, of 317 S. 9th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to operating – impaired; five days jail, credit for two days served, three days suspended; 24 hours community service; 12 months probation; $1,050 fines and costs.

Zachary Mark Pomeroy, 23, of 9497 EE.25 Rd., Rapid River, pleaded guilty to operating – impaired; four days jail, credit for one day served, three days suspended; 24 hours community service; six months probation; $850 fines and costs.

RETAIL FRAUD

Natasha Nicole Halfaday, 29, of N15464 Deer Ridge Rd., Wilson, pleaded guilty to retail fraud – second degree; six months, credit for 15 days served; $1,050 fines and costs.

Shawn Michael Boyle, 34, of 612 S. 16th St., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to retail fraud – attempted second degree; four months jail, credit for one day served, remainder suspended; 18 months probation; $1,225 fines and costs.

PROBATION VIOLATION

Steven Edwards Cocorikis, 34, of 226 S. Lincoln Rd., Escanaba, pleaded guilty to controlled substance – possession of marijuana – probation violation; nine months jail, credit for 113 days served; $1,475 fines and costs.

DISORDERLY PERSON

Jessica Lyn Siedlecki, 42, of 15 S. 3rd St., Gladstone, pleaded guilty to disorderly person — drunk; five days jail, credit for one day served, four days suspended; $650 fines and costs; 24 hours community service.
